Imperial Statute 342-X0088 was an Imperial statute that made defacement of Imperial property a capital crime. It read:
- "A. No Imperial citizen shall write, paint or draw any inscription, figure or mark of any type on any structure operated under the auspices of system, planetary, or local Imperial governmental jurisdiction."
- "B. No Imperial citizen shall carry an aerosol paint sprayer, [or] dye-burst canister, [or] indelible color stick, [or] etching acid into any building or other facility with the intent to violate the provisions of this statute."
- "C. Any Imperial citizen found to be in violation of this statute through the action of, or suspicion of, etching, drawing, carving, sketching, engraving, or otherwise altering, changing, or impairing the physical integrity of any structural surface will be arrested and incarcerated indefinitely without recourse of a judicial trial."
