The Imperial palace on Malastare was the residence of Doge Nakha Urus, leader of the Malastarian council.

DescriptionEdit

The palace overlooked a large, open plain where fuel refineries were maintained by the Dugs. It had at least one balcony, where Jedi Master Mace Windu, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Doge Nakha Urus conferred with Supreme Chancellor Palpatine and Doctor Sionver Boll.^[1]

HistoryEdit

During the Clone Wars, the Battle of Malastare took place in front of the palace, as a large droid army moved to take it and force a surrender, engaging the Galactic Republic's forces and their supporting Dug artillery and cavalry. However, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine authorized the use of the electro-proton bomb, which deactivated all droids and vehicles on the battlefield as well as communications equipment and other machines inside the building.^[1]
