Impound stations were areas to which starships were sent if they violated the flight procedures of Galactic City Air Traffic Control on the planet Coruscant. The legendary smuggler Han Solo was told to pilot the vessel Longshot to an impound station designated Impound station Trill Aurek Papa after he broke every departure procedure while trying to leave Coruscant. Solo however ignored the order and proceed to depart from the planet.[1]
