Incompletely formed identity
An incompletely formed identity was the term given to a droid when it was made and its "mind" was left incomplete, causing it to deal with problems such as disobeying orders, etc. This term has nearly the same effects as Clone madness.
One example of a droid with an incompletely formed identity was IG-88A, and he uploaded his failed identity into droids IG-88B, IG-88C, IG-88D, and countless of droids in his Droid Revolution, resulting in the largest known mass of this "disease."
