The Indomitable was a Scythe-class battle cruiser serving the Galactic Alliance in 130 ABY.

It was the flagship of Admiral Gar Stazi and part of the Galactic Alliance Core Fleet. It was originally the flagship of Stazi's Galactic Alliance Core Fleet. But after the Battle of Caamas, during which the Galactic Alliance was defeated by the Empire, it became the flagship of the Galactic Alliance Remnant
After seven years of attacks on Darth Krayt's Sith Empire, the Indomitable was last used at the Battle of Mon Calamari. After being outmanuvered by Stazi, Admiral Dru Valan ordered his battered fleet to destroy the Indomitable at all costs. When the rest of the Alliance fleet had fled the system on Stazi's orders, he orderd the ship to be evacuated so he could ram it into the Mon Calamari Shipyards. But he was knocked out by Rogue Leader Jhoram Bey. Instead, it was the ship's captain and Stazi's second-in-command, Jaius Yorub, that piloted the ship into the shipyards. He was killed in the attack, but managed to destroy a third of the shipyards while damaging another quarter.
It was later replaced as flagship by the Advanced Star Destroyer Alliance
