"Sorry we're late Commander. We were putting down an insurrection on Yalvik Prime when your comm came in. Had a few unforeseen… complications"
―Hunter apologizes to Cody for being late[src]

An insurrection on Yalvik Prime took place on Yalvik Prime during the Clone Wars. The Republic sent the elite Clone Force 99—which consisted of the clones Hunter, Tech, Crosshair and Wrecker—to put down the insurrection, but part way through the mission they received communications summoning them to the planet Anaxes for their next assignment. Before they could leave the world, complications arose when Wrecker cut off the stinger of a Yalvik queen with a blade, causing a number of Yalvik males to try and mate with them. The clones eventually managed to get off Yalvik Prime and travel to Anaxes.[2]

Behind the scenesEdit

The insurrection was first mentioned in "The Bad Batch," an episode of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series. The episode was written to be part of the show's sixth season, but The Clone Wars was canceled before it was made and released. The unfinished story reels of the episodes were then shown at Celebration Anaheim in 2015, before being released on later that year as part of The Clone Wars Legacy.
