Interstellar Collections Limited was a galactic collections agency. It was a very busy agency during the height of the Galactic Empire and was responsible for maintaining the Red List, an extensive tracking of checks and balances which served as a way to keep record of outstanding debts. Under the Empire, the agency became extremely powerful. It soon had the power to settle debts by repossessing an individual's belongings with little or no notice. The agency served both the Empire and the Corporate Sector Authority in recording and tracking all major debts and those involved.
