Iolan Gendarr was a male Human from Commenor who served as an officer in the Imperial Navy. As a Captain, he was the commanding officer of the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer Reliance during the Galactic Civil War.

BiographyEdit

Gendarr served under Captain Lorth Needa aboard the Avenger during the time of the Battle of Hoth, however he was promoted after the Rebel Alliance defeat and the death of Needa at the hands of Darth Vader. He was given command of the Reliance, which had been assigned to protect the Imperial training facility on Jardeen IV. Following the death of Emperor Palpatine at the Battle of Endor, Gendarr fled Jardeen IV with General Arndall Lott before the New Republic could find the facility.

It was thought by New Republic Intelligence that Iolan Gendarr had become a warlord in the years that followed.
