Ion Team

Ion Team was a unit of clone commandos attached to the 22nd.
They fought at the Battle of Deko Neimoidia alongside Jedi General Roan Shryne. They were later dispatched from Boz Pity to the Battle of Murkhana.
Ion Team refused to execute Roan Shryne, Bol Chatak, and Padawan Olee Starstone when they received Order 66, believing it to be a false enemy signal. They then saved the Jedi from being ambushed by the forces of Commander Salvo.
As a result, Darth Vader killed two members of the team, but Captain Climber and one of the other commandos escaped into the forested hills of Murkhana. Vader ordered his men to hunt the commandos down and return them to him alive. It is possible that they were executed for failing to execute the order.
