Iri Camas was a Jedi Master who served as the Jedi General of the Special Operations Brigade in the Clone Wars prior to Arligan Zey. After attempting to have the Null troops put into stasis after the Battle of Geonosis, he ordered the search for Kal Skirata after the Nulls took over Arca Company Barracks on Coruscant not wanting to destroy one barracks over six clones. When Skirata arrived, he was highly suspicious of the man, though he authorized special advisor status for Skirata when asked to keep the Nulls from rebelling again in the future. Soon after this event, for unspecified reasons, he stepped down or was reasigned to other a different position during the war.
After the execution of Order 66, Camas, along with Antarian Ranger Jilam Kester contacted Master Plett and were shuttleing Padawans to the Well. Working from Chelpori on Celen, the two were tracked by the 501st Legion and were forced to make a stand. While Kester had already escaped, Camas remained as a distraction. Luring a group of four clone commandos into the building, he ignited a gas line, causing the building to detonate. While three of the clones escaped, Camas was killed in the explosion; his lightsaber was later found half-melted in a wall opposite the explosion.
