The Ithorian sentinel armor was a type of Ithorian armor used during the Galactic Civil War.[2] It offered a high degree of protection against kinetic damage but lesser protection from energy-based weapons like blasters.[1] The complete armor set included helmet, chest plate, left & right biceps, left & right bracers, gloves, leggings and boots. It was available in several different colors. The Ithorian sentinel armor was clearly designed to fit an Ithorian body type and could exclusively be worn by members of this species. Two other models of Ithorian armor were the Ithorian defender and the Ithorian guardian armors.[2]

The Ithorian sentinel armor appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[2] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[3] The Ithorian sentinel armor was added to the game with the release of the "Publish 11," on October 21, 2004.[4]
