The Ivuur was a species of bird found on Ithor,[1] a planet that was the homeworld of the Ithorian species.[2] An Ivuur could sing two different songs simultaneously, and some female Ithorians had "Ivuur" as a given name. The name could have negative connotations.[1]

The Ivuur species was mentioned in the 2003 reference book Galactic Campaign Guide, written by Peter M. Schweighofer and J.D. Wiker and published by Wizards of the Coast for use with the Star Wars Roleplaying Game.[1]
