[edit] Biography
Iwo Kulka was a male Ho'Din,[1] a reptilian species native to Moltok, a forested planet in the Atrivis sector of the Outer Rim Territories.[2] He was trained by the Jedi Order in the twilight years of the Galactic Republic. Attaining the rank of Jedi Knight, Kulka took on a Padawan.[1]
Unlike his Padawan, Kulka survived Order 66. He accompanied nine other survivors of the Great Jedi Purge in capturing a SX troop shuttle at Dellalt, although four of the Jedi died under fire from ARC-170s and a light cruiser that gave pursuit. The survivors were eventually rescued by the Drunk Dancer.
Alongside Siadem Forte, he attacked Darth Vader during the Battle of Kashyyyk. They were both decapitated by the Sith Lord with a single swing of his blade.
[edit] Behind the scenes
In Polish, the word kulka is a diminutive form of kula, which means "a sphere" or "a ball."
