Jackar Bowmani was a male Abyssin employed to work in the Jedi Temple as a munitions expert and was married to Letta Turmond. In 20 BBY, Jackar was fed Nano droids and was used to blow up the Jedi Temple hangar, killing Jedi, clones, and other hangar workers in the process and destroying all but his hand. At first, it was assumed that Jackar handled the action of the attack willingly until Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano went to his home and arrested Letta after she attempted to flee and admitted to putting the nanobots in the food to turn Jackar into a walking bomb.
