Janice Nall was a female Twi'lek who ran a droid shop located on the upper levels of Taris during the Jedi Civil War. Her droid business suffered due to the confiscation of her assault droids by the occupying Sith authorities in 3,956 BBY, and the bigoted attitudes of the planet's Human nobility.
Nall was responsible for the construction and modification of T3-M4, a T3-series utility droid that had been ordered from her shop by Canderous Ordo (under orders from Exchange boss Davik Kang) for the purpose of breaking into the Sith military base and stealing the launch codes needed to bypass the Sith blockade of Taris.
It is very likely that she perished when Darth Malak's fleet bombarded the planet.
