Jaw-knee Rise, probably not his real name, was a Gran hitman for the RavinsBlud Crime Syndicate. He was extremely violent and was a known death stick addict. The Grand Council of Pixelito ended up putting a bounty on Rise's head, a bounty later collected by famed Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett. His informant was Meen Burtak.
