The Je'har were the tyrannical upper caste rulers of the planet Almania, based in the Great Dome of the Je'har. They originally were supporters of the Rebel Alliance, but underwent a shift to a dictatorial, mass-murdering regime during the Thrawn campaign.

During a raid against the moon Pydyr, the Je'har killed the parents of a young man named Dolph. After seeing his parents' corpses, Dolph turned to the dark side and became Kueller. He then returned to Almania and slaughtered the Je'har regime.
