Jerba cheese was a type of cheese made from the milk of the Jerba species. It was used in a large number of dishes served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant. These included Gartro egg omelette, 'Hungry Hutt' breakfast sandwich and on Fried Nerf steak.
