Jerry Harte is an American actor. He portayed a character only credited as Head Controller in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Although Star Wars Insider 74 identifies Harte's role as that of Lieutenant Romas Navander, there is some discrepancy regarding the role, which the Star Wars Customizable Card Game claims was played by Burnell Tucker.
