Jerus Jannick was one of the many Naboo officers during the invasion by the Trade Federation. As a member of the Royal Naboo Security Forces, he helped assist Queen Padmé Amidala in capturing Neimoidian Viceroy Nute Gunray during the Second Battle of Theed. Jannick was trained specifically to protect monarchy members, and was convinced that this task by all means should happen.
