"Jet" was the nickname of a clone trooper commander during the Clone Wars.

Jet and his unit wore a unique type of clone armor, which included clone flame troopers and AT-TE gunners.

He served in the Second Battle of Geonosis under the command of Jedi General Ki-Adi Mundi.

Both Ki-Adi Mundi and Admiral Wullf Yularen address Jet as a Captain during the Landing at Point Rain episode, however Jet refers to himself as Commander Jet during the same episode, from then on Ki-Adi Mundi address' Jet as Commander. He is also referred to as "Commander Jet" throughout the episode guide.
