"A beautiful man. Pretty like a sunrise. Sweet like a jifcake. And sneaky like a monkey-lizard."
―Sinjir Rath Velus compares Rilo Tang to a jifcake[src]

Jifcakes were a type of sweet cake. While describing an Imperial gunnery officer named Rilo Tang to the New Republic pilot Norra Wexley, the former Imperial loyalty officer Sinjir Rath Velus made comparisons to the sweetness of a jifcake, as well as with the beauty of a sunrise and the sneakiness of a Kowakian monkey-lizard.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Jifcakes were first mentioned in the novel Aftermath, which was written by Chuck Wendig and released in 2015.
