Jizz
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Jizz was an upbeat, swinging genre of music, most notably performed by the Modal Nodes and Max Rebo Band. Subgenres of jizz included the styles of jizz-wail, aubade, and glitz. Also, jatz is slightly similar to jizz.
Other notable jizz bands included Bobolo Baker's All-Bith Band, Evar Orbus and His Galactic Wailers, Hutt, Figrin D'an II and the New Modal Nodes, and The Sozzenels.

Behind the scenes
Jizz (and its name) are most likely derived from the popular real-world American music genre jazz, as it presents many of the same rhythms that jazz does: namely the genres of swing, rock, ragtime and in some cases bossa nova. Jizz also reflects the same style of band construction used in jazz (i.e. in jazz a piano, bass, and drum set make up the rhythm section, where as in jizz, a bandfill, red ball organ, etcetera are used). The melody line in both jizz and jazz are usually played/sung by wind instruments, and in rare cases, vocalists.
The packaging of the recent Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes action-figure 5-pack refers to the band's music as "jazz", which may indicate that "jizz" is being phased out of Star Wars canon or more likely that Hasbro did not want the term on a toy package.
