Jocko was the name of an old man with perceived delusions of being a Jedi Knight traveling with Maris who Han Solo helped run an Imperial blockade with at some point in the smuggler's past.

As Solo was under the alias of Luke Morgavi at the time telling a story about his piloting abilities, pausing to think before revealing the names, and intentionally reliving his younger days, 'Jocko' was more likely a fictionalized version of Obi-Wan Kenobi rather than an entirely separate person.
