Jollie was an ambassador who appears to have been attached to the staff of Grand Moff Lynch Hauser in 1 ABY.

Jollie was working with Governor Grigor of M'haeli in operating an illegal Dragite crystal mine, and informed Grigor that the Grand Moff was assigning an Imperial officer named Ranulf Trommer to secretly investigate him.
Jollie was a short, bald man who wore a monocle, carried a small rodent-like animal with him, and appeared to be a cigarra aficionado.
