Jorrigar SoBilles was a prominent Duros businessman at the time of the Clone Wars.
After his homeworld's fall to the Confederacy of Independent Systems in the 20 BBY Battle of Duro, it was revealed that two corrupt senators had diverted several Venator-class Star Destroyers slated to serve in the defense of Duro. SoBilles led a public outcry against the Galactic Senate, demanding that a more concrete authority oversee the war effort.
