The jump droid was a CIS B2 super battle droid, essentially the B2 version of the air battle droid, used during the Clone Wars.^[1]

These droids were equipped with a jetpack, allowing them atmospheric flight.

The H.O.P.E. Squad encountered four of these battle droids on a mission to rescue Jedi Treetower on Yorn Skot.^[1] They killed all but the Squad leader of H.O.P.E Squad, who eventually destroyed all the Jump Droids.
