Jurnel Arrant, born c. 82 BBY on Corellia, was the executive officer of Lommite Limited around the time of the Invasion of Naboo. Secretly, Darth Sidious manipulated events to put Lommite Limited out of business and allow the Trade Federation to take their mines.
