Ka'Pa's Palace was the headquarters of Ka'Pa the Hutt's crime organization.
In 10 ABY, sent on behalf of the New Republic to negotiate a supply deal, Mara Jade fought her way through the palace, slaying many of Ka'Pa's henchmen in order to gain an audience with the Hutt.
A TT-8L gatekeeper droid also guarded the gate, and Mara had to be disguised as a Tusken in order to fool it.
[edit] Behind the scenes
The name of the planet where Ka'Pa abides, is never given. However, it was made to resemble Tatooine, in order some scenes to remind of Return of the Jedi; the presence of Tusken Raiders indicates that it could be Tatooine.
However, it can be a different planet, and the Tusken Raiders could theoretically also be Grave Tuskens that have come into the service of Ka'Pa after the death of Maw.
