Kaara was a female Human Sith Saber in the Lost Tribe of Sith, and the sister of Vran. She was a member of Captain Vyn Holpur's crew aboard the ChaseMaster frigate Starstalker in 44 ABY. She took part in the mission to acquire wintrium samples from the sacred Fountain of Ancients on Klatooine. The Sith were met with primitive resistence from Klatooinian guards, because all modern technology was forbidden within a one-kilometer distance of the Fountain. She was struck by an acid weapon, however, which began to eat through her armorweave armor. Even as her companions continued to fight about her, Kaara collapsed to the ground in pain, fighting to remain silent, and was killed by the acid.
