Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Kaas City protests were a series of riots that occurred on the Imperial capital of Dromund Kaas on 3,950 BBY. This was instigated on one side by the confusion among the population caused by the Dark Council purge and on the other side by the disinformation spread by Lord Scourge. He took advantage of this chaos for his attempt to kill the Sith Emperor, hoping to use the unrest as a distraction. While Imperial troops were busy dealing with the riots, Scourge, Revan and Meetra Surik would slip into the Imperial Citadel and kill the Emperor. The riots actually caused the Emperor to take immediate action. He imposed a planet wide curfew along with initiating military law. The Emperor initiated a lockdown which prevented any ship from landing or leaving Dromund Kaas. The riots were quickly subjugated by the Imperial troops.
