Kadikla was a Mandalorian movement that grew in power in the years after the Yuuzhan Vong War. Headed by the Mandalorian name Venku Skirata under the alias of Kad'ika, kadikla was described as a "Mandalore-first" movement. Kadikla advocated the need for Mandalorians to band together and put the needs of Mandalore over those of the individual. Graad was a supporter of kadikla, and Mand'alor Boba Fett would be swayed into a tepid support following a meeting of the Mandalorian clans in 40 ABY.
