The Kazellis Corporation was a short-lived corporation headquartered in the Kathol sector^[1] in the Outer Rim of the galaxy.

At the time of the Invasion of Naboo, the corporation maintained a branch office in Kwilaan Starport on planet Naboo to supply the port with spare parts.^[1]

Kazellis created the promising Kazellis-class light freighter. The planet on which the company was based underwent a political disaster, resulting in its untimely failure; as a result, their eponymous freighter was quite rare.
