BiographyEdit

Kebbo built his reputation as an expert at "smash-and-grab" work, and worked his way up through the Security Legion's ranks. He was loyal to the Bombaasa Cartel because it was the strongest force in the Pembric system. As Chief Magistrate, he had carte blanche to arrest and detain enemies of the Cartel.

Personality and traitsEdit

Kebbo was a violent and ruthless individual, but his loyalties could be bought. He tended to side with the strongest organization to remain on the winning side. He was courteous and witty, with an eccentric sense of humor. He was also cruel and corrupt, and often took bribes. He was known to arrange passage for individuals wanting to leave Pembric II, then take their money and strand them at the spaceport.
