The Kell Mark II heavy assault rifle was a weapon manufactured on the planet of Dra III. Due to the Standard-plus gravity of that world, the weapon was built for its heavier and stronger inhabitants. This made the assault rifle unwieldy for humans, and firing was made difficult by the tremendous recoil.
