Kena Shont was a Rebel undercover agent working as a medical technician at BioTech Industries.

Shont was assigned by fellow Rebel Saren Llalik to download secret data from Llalik's 2-1B droid to her personal datapad, and then give the information to the Rebel command. The droid was unaware of that use of itself.
