The Kerest system was a star system located in the Sluis sector of the Outer Rim Territories. It contained the planet Kerest, the Kerestian's homeworld, and the moons Karoliston and Pharnas. An unusual period of activity of the sun forces the Kerestians to abandon their colonies on these moons.[2]
