Kerlay Utanks was a man who operated a kitchen appliance store in the planet of Fwillsving's capital city, Svitalos, in 22 BBY. That year, Fwillsving's limmie team triumphed over the planet of Kubindi's team with a single point in the opening round of the Galactic Cup of Limmie. This victory inspired a riot that ransacked Svitalos. One of the four million celebrants expressing their jubilation by looting, vandalizing, and partying in the streets, Utanks marked the occasion by detonating a number of thermal detonators in his own store. When asked for comment by a HoloNet News reporter, Utanks only reaffirmed his euphoric sensibilities.
