Kerlo was one of Shoto Eyefire's dominions and fellow criminals who lived at Horn Station. He was a thug and professional gunman. Kerlo usually got into fights because of his brute temper.

One day, Kerlo challenged what he thought was a miner into a standoff. The miner who in fact was a Jedi made short work of him. Kerlo survived the incident.
