The Kern's Pride, a modified Corellian Engineering Corporation CR90 corvette, was the flagship of the smuggler Samuel Tomas Gillespee.

CharacteristicsEdit

While it was the oldest and most battered ship he owned, Gillespee refused to command any other ship. The Kern's Pride was armed with six double turbolasers and two ion cannons, and had a cargo capacity of 10,000 metric tons.

HistoryEdit

When Gillespee attempted to retire on Ukio, he kept the Kern's Pride with him, and later used it to escape the planet during Grand Admiral Thrawn's assault.

Gillespee and his ship were later pursued by a pair of Lancer-class frigates in the Chazwa system, but he managed to escape with the assistance of Talon Karrde and the Wild Karrde.
