Khamar was a male Human Corellian and a General in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He was the commander of the Praesitlyn Defense Force. The fact that Coruscant refused to send additional aid to Praesitlyn made him suspect that someone in the Republic wanted the world attacked. Khamar perished in the Battle of Praesitlyn.
