History
The planet was ruled by King Gordan, who supported the New Order, but the local underworld was controlled by the crimelord Horch. Imperial forces led by the Pestage subjugated the planet during the Galactic Civil War, instituting martial law, which caused Gordan to denounce the New Order he had supported. During the invasion, Horch's criminal empire was taken over by the bounty hunter Noval Garaint.[2]
