The Kierra was the ship of the Corellian smuggler Thaddeus Ross. She was a YT-1300 transport whose computer systems were inhabited by a droid consciousness of the same name with a feminine voice and personality. Ross stumbled across and activated her subroutines when he acquired the ship. It was Ross who first applied the ship's name to the virtual entity.
