Kimogila Town was a location on the planet Lok a distance from the stronghold of Nym where a mining outpost once stood. The outpost was overrun by Kimogila, killing many of its inhabitants and leaving its structures to waste away. Nobody knew why the creatures attacked, but few wished to find out.

Many criminals took advantage of this by posing as tourism guides and offering the location of a beautiful and secluded oasis for cash. The victims would then travel to the town and meet their fate at the jaws of Kimogila packs.
