Kips Haogin was a Human male doctor in the Hyland Organization for Rakghoul Neutralization during the era of the Galactic War. He was present during the rakghoul pandemic on Alderaan, stationed in the crisis command center within the rakghoul tunnels and was specializing as a supply officer for THORN volunteers affiliated with the Galactic Republic. He would later be stationed in the rakghoul tunnels on Tatooine and Corellia.
