Kiran Shah (born September 28, 1956, in Nairobi, Kenya) is a 4′2″ actor and stuntman who played Brethupp (an Ewok who played a drum set of stormtrooper helmets after the Battle of Endor), many stunt Ewoks, and the tortured dustbin droid in Jabba's dungeon in Return of the Jedi, Infrablue Zedbeddy Coggins, Pru Sweevant, and Teedo in The Force Awakens,[2] and Neepers Panpick in The Last Jedi, and worked as a creature and droid performer in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. He played a creature called Oolin Musters. Kiran Shah also appears in Solo: A Star Wars Story, where he plays a creature called Karjj. The character was revealed in a Solo-themed Denny's commercial released on April 2, 2018, where he was also played by Kiran.[3]

In Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, Kiran plays Nambi Ghima, a female Aki-Aki who resides on the planet Pasaana, and Yipsit, a Shahkirin male mechanic who served the Resistance.[4] Shah worked as a puppeteer on the Disney+ series Andor, where he portrayed the character Granik.[5]

Since 2003, Shah has held the Guinness World Record as the "shortest professional stuntman currently working in film." Shah's many film credits include Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Dark Crystal, the villainous dwarf Ginarrbrik in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy (where he was Elijah Wood's scale double as Frodo).
