Koobis was a Rodian criminal who lived during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. Koobis worked for a smuggling operation established by the Humans and, at some point during the Clone Wars, Koobis was present in Tolea Biqua on the planet Genarius, with the Rodian Teeku and the Twi'lek Nawara Blen. Using a modified transponder, the trio summoned the starship Starchaser IV to Docking Bay 27 in Tolea Biqua, and requested that the ship's crew transport a crate of illicit goods to Jan.
