Koorivar was the native language of the Koorivar species from Kooriva. Most Koorivar were fluent in both Koorivar and Galactic Basic Standard, although only literate in their own language.^[1]

Koorivar language used whispers and soft sibilants, which had to be combined with subtle hand gestures to be fully meaningful.^[1]
