Krutch was a spider-like being who participated as a gladiator in The Cauldron on Rattatak, where he fought against Crockagor and was later defeated by Kulltu Kutta.
Krutch was known to have employed all six of his arms while in combat, carrying weapons in each hand. Among the weapons he used were a net, and a spiked mace, as well as several blades.

A noticeable mistake in the episode is that Krutch is seemingly killed twice: first by Kulltu Kutta, it is destroyed again as one of the victims of the L8-L9 blaster, and later by Asajj Ventress when she pulls stalactites from the ceiling to crush several gladiators.
