The Kubaz species was a race most renown for an interest in culture, but they had been known to pursue more questionable activities, as is evidenced by their creation of the Kubaz scoundrel gloves. At the time of the Old Sith Wars, the Kubaz were not capable of interstellar travel and so any items created by them were considered to be rare finds.
